SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHOD

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates are calculated based on USPS standard rates at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight, using standard USPS rates.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders include tracking numbers. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they arrive. If you are unable to locate your package after checking with USPS, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to file a claim with USPS, but BioChris is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund. Claims must be reported promptly to be eligible for resolution.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BioChris is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
